Refund policy

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review and assist accordingly.

Please note:

• Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• Customers are also responsible for providing accurate contact information (email/phone) to allow communication regarding their order.

• If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or building management. 

  Customers should also contact us by email with their order details. If we are able to assist, we will do our best to help.
