Orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.

Customers may choose an expedited shipping option at checkout for faster delivery (typically 2 business days, depending on carrier availability).

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout when available. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us by email and we will assist.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or redirected.
  

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

• Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

• Check with neighbors or building management.

• Contact us by email with your order details. If we are able to assist, we will do our best to help.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
